Local Government Board
The Local Government Board of the City Council of Redován is presided over by the mayor, Emilio Manuel Fernández Escudero and its members are the councilors:
The following is the responsibility of the Local Government Board:
- Assistance to the Mayor in the exercise of his powers.
- The following attributions that are delegated by the present resolution:
- Contracts and concessions of any kind that are not the competence of the Plenary, when they exceed the amounts, which according to the type of contract, are established in the TRLCAP, for minor contracts.
- The approval of works and services projects that are not part of the Plenary and are provided in the Budget and exceed the amount established in the TRLCAP for minor contracts.
- The approval of invoices.
- Assistance to the Mayor in the exercise of his powers.
The authorization, provision and recognition of obligations regarding its jurisdiction, except those that are periodic and repeated, for an amount greater than the amounts, which according to the type of contract, are established in the TRLCAP for minor contracts.
- To approve the Public Employment Offer in accordance with the Budget and the workforce approved by the Plenary, approve the basis of the tests for the selection of the staff and for the contests of provision of jobs.
The powers delegated by the Plenum of the City Council held in extraordinary session on June 29, 2015: are those set out in the second section, letters j), k), m), n), ñ), or) of article 22 of the Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Basis of Local Regime.
The Governing Board will hold an ordinary session, on the first call, every Friday of each month at 09:30 a.m., except for the month of August, and notwithstanding that when matters that so demand are called, extraordinary sessions are convened and The urgent ones that are necessary for its resolution.
