Redován will once again be the basis of the course ‘Basic training in food hygiene, food handling and allergen management’ for unemployed people and organized by the CdT de Interior. It will be on November 28 with a duration of 5 hours, from nine in the morning to two in the afternoon.
The objectives of this free training course co-financed by the European Social Fund are “that participants get the necessary knowledge to perform food handling and allergen management without posing a risk to the health of consumers,” said the councilor Of Employment of the Municipality of Redován, Maite Martínez, who added that this course ensures that people who receive “have the appropriate training to their job in this matter in accordance with current regulations.”
With regard to the content, we will talk about the importance of food hygiene: hygiene of the food handler, facilities and equipment, reception of raw materials and storage, preparation, cooking and food service and management of allergens in hospitality.
