The visit to the institutional portals of the Redován City Council takes place anonymously.
Only in order to access any of the web services that have a specific management or procedure, users must provide the personal data essential for the provision of the requested service.
These data will be incorporated into the corresponding files of the City of Redován and will be treated in accordance with the regulations established by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and other implementing provisions.
The data collected will only be transferred, if necessary, with the prior consent of the interested party or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
People whose personal data are included in a file of the Municipality of Redován may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in the manner provided in the Law, before the body responsible for the file.
