Redován (11/14/2016) .- The Mayor of Redován, Emilio Fernández, announced today that the cadastral values will fall by 8% next year. This follows from the publication of the BOE on October 1 where the request of the Mayor of Redován is published so that the cadastral values descend by 8% and the approval by the Ministry of Finance.
The mayor requested a reduction in cadastral values in accordance with the law in July 2015. “The IBI in Redován will lower the year that comes again 8% and we continue lowering the IBI from the year 2013 where we applied an increase to pay municipal debt lowering more than 30% during the last years” has indicated Fernandez.
